The reds from '08 still in barrel are very exciting as well.
June 01.09 13th Street Winery feature begins today! For the month of June we are featuring in our wine list the incredible wines of 13th Street Winery in Jordan Ontario. We will also be pairing the wines with our prix fixe wine region inspired menu each Friday & Saturday in June.

On May 6 we will be offering a 5 course tasting menu paired with Closson Chase wines for $100 per person. On May 9 from 1-4pm in the Distillery District Fermenting Cellar, Chef Tawfik will be participating in the Food Network 100 mile challenge ultimate kitchen party, partnering with Kerr Farms Beef.

April 5-7.09 Bar Chef Rob flies to Vail, Colorado for the Grand Marnier Summit featuring the top mixologists in North America. Rob was one of four representatives from Canada.
April.09 Vertical commences Regional Wine Dinners on Friday & Saturday evenings. April will showcase the cuisine and wines of Campania in southwest Italy. $45 four course menu, $60 with wine pairings.
